Once again members of Station 7 take part in the Annual Holmdel Police Youth Academy. The Holmdel Police run a two week program instructing 9 & 10 and 11 & 12 year olds on all aspects of Police Work. As part of their training the recruits learn about Fire Safety. Station 7, Holmdel First Aid Squad and Holmdel Rescue help educate the recruits and stage a mock motor vehicle accident with entrapment and fire. Captain Tony Domalewski and the M.T.F.D. Fire Police provide training in the Department Fire Safety Trailer. Thanks to the Holmdel Police for allowing us to participate.
